Hey Rez family! This new single, “You Have Been Good”, is a simple prayer of gratitude.

Sometimes, gratitude flows out of us.

Other times, it’s harder to give thanks. When we see the world, and our lives, and all that isn’t as it should be.

Sometimes, when things feel hard, when life feels like an uphill battle, I like to think of recording music as resistance. I will NOT give in to the despair. I will NOT let my hope be trampled down into the dust. I will lean into creativity and gratitude, reminding myself (and all of us) that God is good. He has been, He is, He will be. Forever and ever, AMEN.

God is Good, all the time! And all the time, God is Good!

So the hubs and I got into the studio and knocked this out real quick for y’all. Because we needed it, and maybe you do too.

Wherever this song or this season finds you today, overflowing with gratitude, or maybe feeling like the cup has dried up for you, I hope this can serve as a gentle little reminder. God is good. May He give us eyes to see it. Together, may we give thanks!
