Celebrating the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi

God loves what he has created! Think about it: God enjoys animals. Even cats. If God can love cats, imagine how much he loves you! Saint Francis of Assisi understood this well (except the part about the cats). He believed that nature itself reflected the glory of God, he called all creatures his "brothers" and "sisters", and even preached to the birds! Honoring this legacy, the church throughout history has hosted a blessing of the animals in Francis' name.

Celebrating with St. Francis all that God has created, Rez is excited to host our first annual feast of St. Francis celebration at our favorite Pub. Bring your animal (on a leash) as we ask for God's blessing on our pets, all of creation, and on us.
